The Rules

You have all been in school for a few years know, and know how to conduct yourselves like the scholars you are. 4th grade is an amazing year of making friendships, discovering new things, and sharing what you already know. The rules in the classroom are simple, and go as followed

How I run my classroom
I will treat you with respect so you will know how to treat me.
Feel free to do anything that doesn't cause a problem for ANYONE.
If you cause a problem, I will ask you to fix it.
If you cause a problem you cannot solve or choose not to fit it. I will do something.
What I do will depend on the special person, and the special situation.
If you feel something is unfair, WHISPER "I'm not sure that's fair" We'll talk.

We will be talking about this, in class. But first leave a comment and 2 questions you have about the rules in the comment section below.

Let me introduce myself

Hello, and let me introduce myself, I am Ms. Weddle.  And this would be my classroom blog, on this blog you will find many different things, such as links to everywhere that is important to the school, and the classroom. You will also find all the homework assignments and usually images of those assignments, so nothing can be "left at school". You will also find classroom assignments on here as well. This classroom is very much connected.

I went to SDSU and received my Bachelors degree in Fine Art with and emphasis on Graphic Design. And art is one of my first loves, there is so much communication that can be expressed in art, its an amazing tool. So after doing that for a few years, I became a mom and realized that I really missed interacting with the smallish people on a daily basis. They have such big ideas and imaginations that I decided to change courses and become a teacher. So now I am starting my teaching journey. Outside the classroom I am really active with hiking, kickboxing, as well as walking my dogs. And of course doing family stuff with my 2 kids and husband

This is my first year teaching, and I am really excited to be able to teach 4th grade. It will be a year of discovery, new friends, and lots of fun.
